A classic variety with an excellent reputation from the south of Burgundy. When planted in the right location and with the ideal climatic conditions, Pinot Noir - Pinot Noir can produce the most voluminous and self-sufficient wines in the world. The charm of Burgundy's most delicious red wines is so great that people are always trying to imitate them. So far it has been done in New Zealand, Oregon and the coldest regions of California and Australia. In still wines it is rarely blended with other varieties, but in Champagne it is part of the standard recipe along with Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
