The grapes come from their own vineyards, located mostly around the village of Vrbice, with a portion in Velké Pavlovice.

The most suitable plots were carefully chosen for each individual grape variety. They took into account the specific demands for soil type, slope incline, airflow, and other subtle environmental factors.

The vineyards are managed with a long-term focus on sustainability and the diversity of animal and plant species in the landscape. They consider it essential to support the natural functions of the agroecosystem, which are directly or indirectly influenced by agricultural production.
