LaBelle Malvasia Terre d´Abruzzo IGP 2024 Lunaria BIO Demeter

Pairs well with: seafood dishes, medium smoked cheeses, pasta and white meat.

The aromatic Malvasia (85%) and other approved varieties are grown in Abruzzo at an altitude of 450 metres. The soil here is calcareous and stony.

Winemaking begins with a short, cold maceration. This is followed by gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature of 12/14°C in stainless steel tanks with their indigenous yeasts for about 30 days. Purification is carried out by decantation. Ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months, followed by bottle ageing.
