FIRST IGP ABRUZZO ROSÉ PRIMITIVO

The result of an authentic biodynamic philosophy, where nature, terroir and artisanal craftsmanship come together in every sip. The identity of this rosé wine stems from a precise and unique selection process. Maceration – the contact between the skins and the must – is carefully calibrated: light or none at all, depending on the ripeness of the grapes and the specific characteristics of each vintage. The duration of contact between the skins and the must is adjusted year on year to suit the ripeness of the grapes and the unique character of the vintage. Fermentation takes place exclusively using yeasts naturally present on the grapes and in the cellar. Each harvest brings with it a unique microbial population: spontaneous fermentation is the genetic code of the vintage. Without any technological intervention, Primitivo expresses its full aromatic and structural complexity.
