Dark cherry colour. Scent of cherry, not a trace of muscat in the aroma. In the taste there is fruit and almonds. The combination of syrah and muscat varieties is becoming more and more common in the natural wine world. Syrah gives tannins and Muscat makes the overall impression of a fairy lighter. Achillée

Pierre a Jean jsou vinaři v Alsasku. Obdělávají vinice, které jsou od roku 1999 obhospodařovány ekologicky. Oba jsou z iniciativy Pépinova projektu, jehož cílem je demokratizace vinařství přírodních vín. Rychle se k nim přidal stejně zapálený tým a společně budují svůj sen. Achillée vyrábí víno od roku 2016 v bioklimatickém sklepě, kde se nachází nezávislá výroba vína.

Každé víno pochází z ekologicky pěstované vinné révy, sklízí se ručně, bez vstupů, pouze za použití původních surovin, kvasinek (ze sklepa a z farmy) a bez přidání siřičitanů. Pépin diverzifikuje své nádoby pro větší praktičnost a ekologii.

Prostřednictvím společnosti Pépin zpřístupňují přírodní víno jak cenově, tak chuťově, a to precizní prací. Ohledně designu spolupracují s umělcem Michelem Tolmerem, který je ve světě přírodních vín dobře známý.

Grapes: Carignan, Grenache, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Syrah

Each wine is sourced from organically grown vines, harvested by hand, with no inputs, using only indigenous ingredients, yeasts (from the cellar and farm) and no added sulphites. Pépin diversifies its containers for greater practicality and ecology. That is why they have developed not only bottles, but also barrels and Bag in boxs. Pepin wines are simple, clean, easy to understand and easy to drink.
