Medium yellow colour. Intense sweet aroma of pears and bananas. This fruit is also present in the taste. On the palate, the higher residual sugar combines nicely with the fresh lower acidity. A lighter body and a long aftertaste of fruit. A little too packed with aromas and other sensations for my taste. I think the lower sugar would have suited it a bit more, on the other hand with this sugar it's such a summer light fruit "jbrundy" that you can open on many occasions just like that and you can be sure you won't "flicker" because of the histamine, because the wine is low histamine. In my experience with low-histamine wines, a decent cut above the rest. Try it with a curry. No added sulphites.

Description

An attractive, youthful wine from white grapes with lively fruit and full flavour. White Zero S is a dry organic white wine with no added sulphur, is vegan and tested for histamine. In the glass it presents a delicate aroma, reminiscent of pears and bananas. On the palate, it offers a balanced interplay of sweet and sour, while offering a pleasant and long-lasting flavour.

Pairs well with: asparagus, white meat, light dishes, poultry, versatile food accompaniment, curry

Grape variety: Pinot Gris (Grauburgunder), Johanniter

The vines for this wine are grown and processed biodynamically according to Demeter guidelines on lime-rich soils amidst a diverse flora. The fully ripe grapes are carefully pressed and spontaneously fermented.

This wine has been tested for histamine by a recognised laboratory and bears the HistCheck logo.

The histamine content is below the detection limit of 0,25 mg/l.

Through training that matches the nature of the vine, this wine can be produced while saving at least 20% of fossil raw materials.
