The Torronté grape variety is considered Argentina's most important white wine variety. It is believed to have originated from a natural cross between the Criolla Chica and Muscat of Alexandria varieties. It therefore owes its characteristic aroma to the large Muscat family. Fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts, and the wine is then aged on the lees for six months. The bouquet offers typical aromas of white flowers such as linden and jasmine, complemented by tropical fruits such as pineapple and mango. On the palate, delicate muscat tones complement the excellent structure, delicately balanced acidity, and long finish. This wine is unique to Argentina!
