Grape variety: Moscato bianco is an ancient grape from the Eastern Mediterranean basin. The spread of these grapes is due to the special sweet taste obtained by drying. From the fourteenth century onwards, this aromatic sweet wine became very popular and, thanks to the trade that Venice carried out in the eastern Mediterranean, spread to the Italian peninsula under the name 'Greek wine'.
