Description

Wines are full of life, energy and health benefits. They are distinguished by their finesse and minerality, which comes from the mineral-rich soil.

The family winery was founded in 2002 by Mr. Stanislav Rudolfský, in 2005 his son Lukáš took over the management of the company. Together they set about restoring the lost glory of grape growing in the Kutná Hora region. It dates back to the Middle Ages and is linked to the Cistercian monastery in Sedlec.

Now they take care of 44 hectares of vineyards on the lines of U Všech svatých, Pod Barborou, Nad Kapličkou, U Borku. They farm biodynamically. They do not use chemicals in the vineyard or in the cellar and produce wine only from their own grapes. They are the proud holders of the BIO label and the only winery in the Czech and Slovak Republic to hold the prestigious Demeter biodynamic farm certification.
