The color of apple juice, cloudy. Unusually strong aroma for a sparkling wine. Aromas of fermented apples and yeasts, tropical sweet fruits, honey, minerals. Flavour: apples, honey, yeast, almonds. Medium body, good acidity, quite dry. Long mineral aftertaste. I drank it for the first time on a hot summer day and it was wonderfully refreshing. It should be noted that this is not a wine for everyone. If you're more into the Prosecco style, don't buy it. If you're more of a Pet-Naty type, give it a try. Drink it well chilled, preferably closer to evening and have grilled sea bass or corn chowder with butternut squash or on its own, it's a great aperitif. It's a bit heavy for day sipping wine. Reach for the Prosecco. No added sulfites.

Description

Pale yellow colour, a little cloudy, smells of white flowers and apples, with herbal hay on the finish. The taste is fresh and fruity, leaving a bitter almond flavour in the mouth.

Pairs well with: grilled sea bass, corn chicken with butter vegetables or on its own, aperitif
