Bag-in-Box - BiB is a modern, more compact, safer and cheaper way of packaging, which translates to "bag-in-box". The paper box contains a food-safe plastic bag, which includes a resealable outlet valve. While an opened bottle of wine must be consumed to prevent oxidation by oxygen, wine in a bag, which is released by shrinking a certain amount of wine and closing the valve, allows its quality to be preserved without oxidation for a longer period of time. BiBs are suitable for pouring wine at various events, such as corporate or family gatherings, as well as parties, where the use of BiBs is more convenient compared to glass bottles.
