A special wine named after Bukephalos, the horse of Alexander the Great, the most famous horse of antiquity. The wine is made, as the name suggests, from dried grapes. This creates a particularly intense concentration of aromas. The grapes are left on the vines in the vineyards to dry. After careful selection, they are de-stemmed and crushed. The skins are then left in contact with the must and natural yeasts for 20 days at a constant temperature of 20/22°C. Maturation takes place in stainless steel tanks for at least four months. The wine rests for some time in the bottle before you can buy it.
